The Centre of Bright Beginnings collects personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us electronically or in person, when you access our website and when we provide our services to you. We may also collect personal information from your parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18.

Storage of your information
We hold personal and sensitive information in hardcopy files and in electronic form, and take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When we no longer need your information, we will either securely destroy it, or irreversibly anonymise the data (and we may further retain and use the anonymised information).
We store hardcopy files in locked filing cabinets within an access controlled premises. We store electronic records through third party data storage providers who store data in secure data centres. The data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Our third party data storage providers are required to protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws and take appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful use of personal information or its accidental loss, destruction or damage.
